Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new features for an HR product.
- Maintain and enhance existing features to ensure a seamless user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in Core J2EE and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in front-end development using Vue.js (preferred), or React/Angular.
- Solid experience working on large-scale, data-intensive applications.
- Strong command of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks such as Groovy/Grails (preferred) or Spring MVC
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in developing or supporting HR, Payroll, ERP, or financial systems.
- Exposure to ETL tools and system integration is a strong plus.
