Senior JAVA Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new features for an HR product.
• Maintain and enhance existing features to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in Core J2EE and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in front-end development using Vue.js (preferred), or React/Angular.
• Solid experience working on large-scale, data-intensive applications.
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks such as Groovy/Grails (preferred) or Spring MVC
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in developing or supporting HR, Payroll, ERP, or financial systems.
• Exposure to ETL tools and system integration is a strong plus.
